Child Health Services Offered:

We offer free in home or in office screenings. The screening can include a weight check, developmental screening, general physical assessment and/or hearing test.

Head Start screenings are for any child that has been proven eligible to enter Head Start during the current year. Screening includes head to toe assessment, immunization checks, and Hgb check (if preferred). Please contact Harvey Head Start & Early Head Start (701-324-4871) prior to scheduling with us to ensure your enrollment in the Head Start program.

Health Track Screening
- Health assessment program covering developmental, mental, speech, vision, hearing, dental, physical, nurtrition, laboratory screenings, and immunizations for individuals under 21 years of age and enrolled in Medicaid.

Car Seat Safety

Our Child Passenger Safety Technicians are available by appointment to help you safely install your child’s car seat. Please plan for a car seat check to take approximately 30 – 45 minutes. Bring the car seat, car seat manual, and your vehicle manual along with the vehicle the car seat will be primarily installed in. If the child using the car seat is unable to be present, please have a recent height or weight for the child available.
Our office also participates in the North Dakota DOT Car Seat Distribution Program. We have a limited number of car seats available to qualifying individuals. For more information, please inquire with either of our office locations.
